Description: Standing 3'3", this man tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He sports a flattop hair cut. He is baby faced.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Bertram reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears just a tan suit. Her tied-back hair is blonde. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a green and black handkerchief worn on her right side, and she perpetually has her club ready. Her blue hair is heavily combed to the right. Her eyes are silver.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Bryseis took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: With pastel face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Her hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small blue clips. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a very tight haircut. His ears are large.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
