History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Everard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Beast grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and to reunite with her absent mother

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality
