History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Ralf took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Joan learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has worked as a Mayor like her mother before her.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She has the majority of her body covered in plate. Her moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Tordrid was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
