Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Ahlyssa hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Ahlyssa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ahlyssa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Diesa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

History: She was born in the south. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
