History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and expand her business

She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
