She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This western woman wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her eyes are green.

Personality: Gurdis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Gurdis is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He takes great joy in being the best Banker in town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Banker for hire.

Motivation: Expand his business; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she likes to wear tan tank tops with red skirt. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Althaea does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Althaea lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Althaea reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Gardener, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
