History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nalral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Baz was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Baz's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Lia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and a deep hatred of brigands
