History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker father left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Justin was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
