History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Darrow grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Pyntle was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Sailor. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
