Personality: He is fixated on the number 78. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Chem would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Chem hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
