Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Raiann was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Performer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has taken up work as a Carter and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
