Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Curran is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Curran was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Curran's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Curran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born in a small desert village. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Rosamund enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with his old friends
