Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears just a black suit. His hair is dark red and curly. He has red eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Barakas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak. His hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Aust is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. With wild blonde hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Sporting a auburn mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Portia grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'2" when asserting herself. Her crest is black and curly. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gold eyes.

Personality: She is a Guard first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
