History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Spear learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
