History: She got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Windy never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
