Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Jarana took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
