History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Damakos alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Nikki hails from a village terrorized by drow. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job
