History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Gargax was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gargax's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her silver hair is matted, messy, and big. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Jacoba was born the youngest of three triplets. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: He wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. His brown hair is long and unkept. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Revenge.
