History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valanthe grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a Spy, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Pyxrin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Pyxrin abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance.
