Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born to a Miner, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
