History: Born to a Mayor, her father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Oriff's homeland. Oriff decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She became a Beggar soon after.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
