History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Veloptima and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Theirastra enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: Merla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her first spouse was a Tanner, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
