Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is typically in her Barkeep uniform. Her hair is black and curly. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Cecily took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor she uses now. She has achieved small success as a Barkeep.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
