Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her black robe. She has a very tight haircut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Barbena was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and seeks redemption

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her golden hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. She has achieved small success as a Marshal.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a servant again

Description: He wears brown trousers with green and blue striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 41. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Thorin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She very much looks the part of a Mayor. Her cinnamon fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Being a Mayor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Xanaphia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. She worked as a nervous Weaver and found it very stressful. She tends to her Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
