Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Veloptima is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student she started as a Priest, but she got bored and became a Cook. After a long history of fighting, Veloptima and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Giselle was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her psionic talents. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Blacksmith they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cook, and she later adopted a second daughter.
