History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bather arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He got into the Scribe business at a young age. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears grey trousers with brown and tan striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Adelaide was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She worked as a nervous Performer and found it very stressful. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Voice: High pitched and raspy

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His fur is short and yellow. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shifting grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shifting. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
