History: Anne was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Anne was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Interpreter. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
