He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His crest is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Azzakh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Azzakh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ploughman who has hired her part-time. Nimble enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
