This search led him directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
