Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hunter studied abroad. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His fur is white and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and doesn't want to be a dilettante and was forced into it by his family

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull green iron scale mail, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'2" when asserting herself. Her white hair is singed and shortened. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Guard. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has achieved small success as a Guard.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sarah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She tends to her Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
