History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and wants to work out more often

Her fur is orange, silky, and of moderate length. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. River is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, River studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, River and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Oloric fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people
