Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a scimitar, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. His crest is red and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nadarr was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. His red hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Caeldrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Caeldrim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Caeldrim. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She tends to wear a large violet jacket. She carries with her a set of shortspears, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her hair is short and brown. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and wants to raise her children well

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has wavy auburn hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Mumpena was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and someone believes her a fraud

His silver hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born into a rich family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
