History: Lezre was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Lezre abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Lone hails from a village terrorized by orcs. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: Ortegar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Chad hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gildmak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
