History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Halimath alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and many orcs want him driven away

History: Raam was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Raam has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out
