History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She tends to her Ruler job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Shava lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things.
