History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Armara was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Enialis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Enialis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Enialis. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: She dresses well, wearing tan shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cumpen grew up listening to her father's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
