History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nedda does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
