History: Althaea was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Althaea grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Althaea. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Rezena was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Rezena was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and someone believes him a fraud
