History: Pandjed was born the youngest of three triplets. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Havilar learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Fragrant was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she wants revenge against illithids
