Diesa was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bricklayer. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
