Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Conrad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Conrad. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: He stands about 4'0" and wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his dagger. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His tied-back hair is chestnut. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. Markosian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often
