Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'1". He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. He has shaved his head bald. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. During his travels, Chad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Chad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Chad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She has a long red ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Hatae's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hatae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Warryn was born the youngest of three triplets. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
