Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bethrynna and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She bought a halberd and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern
