History: Volen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Volen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his kukri, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He has black hair. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Alex is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Alex was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: An older woman who likes to wear ponchos typically of a light grey in addition to tight pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is a great chef.

History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Hlin learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hlin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hlin. After a long history of fighting, Hlin and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He bought a shortspear and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he has a crush on the local interpreter
