Description: This malnourished man wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. A true patriot, Elaim would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his trident, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: Alberich lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After a long history of fighting, Alberich and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a black top hat and black clothes. Her green crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her eyes are a pleasant gold.
Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dragonborns in Rezena's homeland. Rezena decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north.

Description: He wears suspenders and tan workpants. His shirt is yellow, and he wears a heavy tan leather apron most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hadarai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
