Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the right. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Dilettante, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: She stands about 5'5" and is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She wears her black hair down. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hugolina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugolina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugolina. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and balancing her hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult

Description: A plain young-adult man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He keeps his green crest in a pixie cut. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is greedy

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She has a hunchback. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and revenge
