History: Kasdeya was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has achieved small success as a Mason.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. During her travels, Veloptima and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Veloptima discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Veloptima fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
