History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Crampernap alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Crampernap was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: This slender man stands about 3'5". He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He worked as a nervous Unemployed and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: She very much looks the part of a Scribe, and carries glaives. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She's also a talented Map Maker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'6" when asserting himself. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his father's many stories. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Miner. He wears his white hair down. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
