History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. History: Ortegar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Roge was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stableman. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
