History: She was born in a small desert village. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vapula was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
